Today is Shelby's 13th birthday! Hooray for the birthday girl!!!
In her honor we went to lunch at the California Pizza kitchen and then made our way over to the Build-a-Bear workshop where Shelby selected a cuddly wolf to stuff and dress up in a leopard skin dress complete with matching shoes and handbag and topped off with some darling black bows for her ears. Shelby decided to name her new wolf Rose.

This year Shelby will be going to a Charter School so we stopped in at Gap Kids and bought a couple of things for her uniform.
It was a very fun afternoon -- Happy Birthday Shelby!!!

Aint she beautiful? I'm a very proud papa of 2 amazing teenagers.
And, now and forever I have to admit I went to 'Build a Bear'. I was amazed at how many people were there. File this one in the 'things that make you go hmmm.'
Shelby is AWESOME! I'd love to meet Rose. She sounds like my kind of wolf. I love the Gateway...we should go sometime!
Yay for the pictures! What a great day. Thanks Aunt Raquelly for all the fun. Just thought I would remind you that it was not a leopard print outfit but it was really cheetah print. My mom says that they are the same, but I really wanted to make sure you knew CHEETAH print...I love you!
