Favorite Things Swap

The Favorite Things Swap hosted by the adorable smarty-pants according to Kelly has come and gone and I wanted to quickly share with you the treasures I received and what I sent.

My swap partner this time around was Crystal from Texas. She very promptly put my package in the mail and I thoroughly enjoyed all the little treasures she sent:

She loves anything written by Jodi Picoult and sent me one of her books. She included a blank journal and pen covered with a great damask print as well as some colorful post it notes that also matched. The little Texan trinkets were darling! I am still toying with the idea of moving to Houston at some point so these will be fun reminders.
Luckily Crystal took pictures of the package I sent to her - I was so late getting it in the mail I didn't take the time to snap some of my own so I 'borrowed' them from her blog.




I tried to make the presentation a little bit fun so I wrote little notes on all of the treasures. I had seen these cute little clips in an etsy store and I was just aching to get them for someone - I sent some for Crystal to use in her daughter's hair and I saved a couple for Courtney.



Crystal and her family just moved into a new house so I wanted to send her something that I love to decorate with - pictures. I especially love the iron easels you can use to display the pictures on so I printed up a another picture I 'borrowed' from her blog and included that with the frame and stand.
