I just installed Photoshop Elements on my machine and thought I would give it a whirl - and look what happened!!!
I am thinking that my banner is going to be changing more frequently from here on out...
(I fully realize that the pictured used to create my new banner has nothing to do with tulips so please keep your comments to yourselves.... you know who you are)

I love your banner! I had just noticed before scrolling down to this post.
You've just scratched the surface. The more you do with PS the more you learn. dive in and get wet.
