The nutty part is that I only applied for the thing last week. And to think I almost paid the extra 60 bucks to have them expedite it - 9 days was all it took - only 7 business days.
I need this so that when I go on my cruise with my High School girl friends in January I will be able to get back into the country.
Someday I will be using it to get into Paris - just you wait!

I am so sad to be missing out on the cruise! If it had originally been planned for the end of January I would have been able to go, but we have a trip to Disneyland planned the second week of February...

Had no idea you have to APPLY for one of these... I can't imagine having to pay extra to get it faster... and for the love of cheesecake, are you planning on hitting the customs people over the head with it just so you can get back in to the Country?!?!? I'm pretty sure I could have found a model of the Eiffel Tower at a swap meet down here, but whatever. I'm very happy you have one now!

You could always go on a LDS Mission to Paris, France like me! I'd go with you anytime- I could be your interpretuer! :) I still want to go on the cruise- maybe!?
