From how I understand the Summer Solstice to work, today is to be the longest day of the year. It’s too bad it’s over-cast and rainy – oh well – there’s always next year.
Honestly, I think I am the only person who has not seen Batman…. or Star Wars… What has happened to my priorities?
I need a new TV. The sound will get very, very quiet and the only way I can pop it back up to what 12 bars should normally sound like is to turn the volume all the way up until it kicks in and then I hurry and turn it down. My extraordinary trouble-shooting skills have figured out that loud sounds make the sound work at the proper volume level – you know how commercials are usually louder than the actual show? It’s a treat. If I knew I was going to have a job in July I would consider buying a new one but for now the neighbors get to hear whatever I’m watching.
So on my way into work this morning as I approached an under pass I saw a gigantic empty-cement-bag type thing falling from above and of course right when it was about to hit the ground my car hit it and it hooked onto something underneath my car and made a thwap-thwap-thwap sound all the way into work. Very annoying.

It's always a nice surprise to find when someone has linked you! Thanks! :-) Pass the rain this way! We are 5" below what we need rain-wise.
